My technician not only educated me on the issues and fallacies but accurately pointed out that my prior treatments at different place of service had withheld important info and did not even use the appropriate laser equipment. That is they used the non-permanent type of laser.  In addition to that, they didn't have electrolysis services and hid the electrolysis "cleanup" process needed to complete my treatments and reach my goal.
